License Agreement

Standard license for FuriaScripts digital resources. If a product page states different terms, the product-specific terms apply to that difference.

1. License grant

After a valid purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the purchased resource within the scope stated on the product page and Cfx.re/Tebex entitlement.

2. Ownership

Source code, branding, graphics and other product elements remain the property of their respective owners. Purchase grants usage rights and does not transfer copyright.

3. Restrictions

• no redistribution, leaking or public sharing of files
• no resale or sublicensing
• no sharing license keys or asset access with unauthorized users
• no bypassing or disabling authorization/licensing controls

4. Modifications

You may configure and modify the resource for your own deployment to the extent allowed by the product and Cfx.re technology. A modified version may still not be redistributed or resold.

5. License system

Furia License System may store product/customer identifiers, license status, resource version and technical validation data required to confirm authorized use. Attempts to bypass validation may result in suspension.

6. Updates and dependencies

Access to updates and dependencies follows the specific product description. Third-party libraries and frameworks are subject to their own licenses.

7. Termination

A material license breach, particularly redistribution or bypassing protection, may result in suspension or revocation of the FuriaScripts licensing layer, subject to applicable rights and platform rules.

8. FuriaMANAGER time-limited license

A FuriaMANAGER subscription grants one customer a limited, non-transferable right to download and use the application during the active period shown in the offer. The installer, application files and account access may not be shared. Projects exported by the customer remain available after the subscription ends.
