Terms of Service

Rules for using the FuriaScripts storefront, digital resources, support and Tebex/Cfx.re integrations.

1. Scope

FuriaScripts provides digital FiveM resources, documentation, updates, support and licensing-related services. Product descriptions, compatibility and requirements shown on each product page form part of the offer.

2. Tebex i Cfx.re

Payment is completed through Tebex checkout. Purchased asset entitlement may be assigned to the Cfx.re account selected during authentication. The customer is responsible for using the correct account before checkout.

3. License

A purchase does not transfer copyright in the code. You receive a right to use the product under its product page and the FuriaScripts License Agreement. Redistribution, resale, sharing with third parties or bypassing license controls is prohibited.

4. Compatibility and installation

Before purchase, the customer should verify framework, dependencies and version requirements. Support covers reasonable assistance with documented installation and product defects. Conflicts caused by heavily modified or unsupported stacks may require additional diagnosis.

5. Updates

Updates are published in the Furia Update Center after a new resource release. Delivery of updates may take place through Cfx.re/Tebex according to the product model.

6. Digital sales

Delivery and the no-voluntary-refund policy for delivered digital products are described in the Sales & Digital Delivery Policy. Mandatory consumer rights, payment-provider decisions or Tebex terms prevail where required by law or platform rules.

7. Prohibited use

• sharing or publishing product code
• resale or sublicensing without written permission
• bypassing, modifying or falsifying licensing controls
• abusing APIs, bots, tickets or storefront infrastructure

8. Availability

FuriaScripts may perform maintenance, update features or temporarily restrict parts of the service for security and stability. Current service health is published on /status.

10. FuriaMANAGER access

FuriaMANAGER is a separate desktop application offered with time-limited access. An active subscription is linked to the customer's Discord account and determined from Tebex-confirmed payment events. Access duration, release publication and download details are shown on the Subscription page and in the Customer Portal.
