Data required to operate the store, deliver purchases, manage licenses, Discord and support.

1. Data categories

The store may process Discord account identifiers and basic profile data, order metadata received from Tebex, product identifiers, license data, technical information required for resource validation, ticket/review content and language/session preferences.

2. Purposes

• tickets, reviews and notifications
• abuse prevention, rate limiting and security audit

3. Security

API secrets and tokens are stored server-side. The Audit Log does not store the raw IP address; a cryptographic hash is used to correlate security events.

4. External services

Depending on the feature used, data may be processed by Tebex (checkout), Discord (authentication and bot), Cfx.re/FiveM (asset entitlement), Vercel (hosting) and Upstash/KV (persistent application data). Each service operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil purchases, operate licenses, provide support, maintain security and meet transaction-related obligations. Built-in KV backups are automatically time-limited.

6. Cookies

The site may use technical cookies required for Discord sessions, language and security. They are not intended for selling data to advertisers.
